Week 2: Create and Present a digital 3D Model by Using Photogrammetry.
The required product of this week's challenge is a 3D model. Some of you might already have some 3D modelling experience, others are going to get their first experience in the world of 'Computer Aided Design' (CAD) and 3D photogrammetry. To offer an achievable challenge for all of you we have prepared instructions in many steps.
So, this week's hurdle is to transform a real thing into a digital thing. You can do that in many ways, but here we will be using photogrammetry.
Photogrammetry is a technique where a multitude of digital images is converted to a 3D model by computation.
To be more precise, we challenge you to complete the following steps:

Photogrammetry is a technique where a multitude of digital images is converted to a 3D model by computation.
To be more precise, we challenge you to complete the following steps:
- To take many good pictures from your sketch model,
- Upload them to a 'cloud service' such as Autodesk Remake and compute the 3D faces and textures from photo to mesh,
- Clean the model of unnecessary details, position it in the correct coordinates, and export it to SketchFab,
- And finally, embed and publish your model on your Weebly site.
